The Access Center

We operate a 24/7 center for crisis intervention, assessment, referral, and admission called the Access Center. Our staff of licensed therapists, psychiatric nurses, and psychologists provide confidential assessments for psychiatric, behavioral, and substance abuse problems. We then make a referral for outpatient, partial hospital, or inpatient care based on individual treatment needs.

The Access Center can also help families determine the financial resources available for health care costs.
Schedule a no-charge assessment today by contacting the Access Center at 281-586-7600.

For Referring Physicians

Quality, accessibility, and communication are key to a successful treatment. We appreciate your referral to our psychiatric hospital in Houston and intend to keep you informed of your patient’s status throughout treatment (subject to appropriate confidentiality standards).

Success is always a team effort. We are dedicated to a collaborative, highly communicative process with our referral and support network. We strive for inclusion and information sharing with referring professionals, the patient, and family members.

When you make a referral to our facility, please communicate any pertinent clinical information. We also ask that you communicate your relationship to the patient so our admissions team can ensure the patient signs a release of information for you to receive feedback.

If you have any feedback regarding our facility, please contact us.
